What is your question?
I just installed one on my truck and all it does is turn over. And it seems like the new key and cylinder are getting stuck on the on position, causing the new starter not to disengage

Hello, The key needs to be learned by the rest of the security system, and the best way: (use a timer, be exact) 1. turn key to ON for 10 minutes 30 seconds 2. turn key to OFF for about 10 seconds 3. back to ON for 10 min 30 sec 4. back to OFF for about 10 seconds 5. On for 10:30 6. OFF for about 10 seconds 7. ON 8. Start the engine Note, the key must be ready for programming and cut for that ignition. If the starter stays engaged, you likely have an issue with the starter relay, or the electrical portion of the ignition switch. The ignition lock cylinder sticking while new may be a result of the new key 'breaking in', or the lock cylinder may be faulty/unlubricated.
