There is no power going to that plug and no fuses are blown

Bet the brake and hazzard warning light ain't working on that side either.. Look inside van for broken wire going to the light assembly... Bulb 'sockets' also give problems.
No everything else is still working it's just that one turn signal light on the driver side there's no power going to the plug at all
Well... since the brake light AND the hazzard warning light is on the same circuit (wire) and same bulb .. Evidently it's the multifunction switch on the steering column ! .. Suggest more testing!
I have the same problem with the low beam headlights too
Incomplete testing!
I did several tests on both fuse boxes and the relays and found nothing
