We never know! .. Test front bulb sockets for power using a test light .. IF test lights works .. Ground circuit has failed... Rear lights blinking fast is indicative of front lights ground circuit failure.
thanks rod, the lights do come on when activated with the turn selector on left side of dash( orange lights come on but no blinking when flicking the turn signal on? do they front turn signal have a different ground then the front headlights?? cause when i follow the wires at the front in the harness the ground gets distributed by one wire going to chassis and it feeds the headlights and turn signals and drl.
Lol funny, but that was the first thing I checked lol flipped them with the rears and same thing, all fuses are good as well.

Problem could be in the bulb socket itself .. Got to be tested.
