What is your question?
I had the battery tested it is fine. I thought it might be a bad fuel pump but but when I hook the battery to a charger it starts the first time every time once the charger is removed the van cranks but wont start.

Ok - you say battery is not the problem BUT once a battery charger is connected the problem is gone ... What is the battery charges cable clamp sending voltage to that the battery is not one charger is disconnected ? .. What prompted you to hook up the battery charger the first time?
I kept cranking the engine trying to get it started until the battery finely died so I hooked up the charger and charged the battery for one hour or so @ 30 amps disconnected the charger and attempted to start the engine it would crank but not start so I thought may be the battery needed more charging so I hooked up the charger once more and as soon as I turned the key it stared immediately the next day it would crank but not start I hooked up the charger and it started right away that's when I thought the battery was probably bad and had it tested the battery tested strong.
Hook up charger, start engine and drive to repair shop for visual inspection and hands-on testing .. No way to accurately answer this one over the internet!
Thanks this is tough! Never experienced or even heard of any one having an issue like this. Ran this past three other experienced mechanic's they are also stumped. Once I get this resolved I will keep you posted.
