Loss of power going up hill trying to locate fuel filter. Vehicle has over 100k miles

The fuel filter is integrated in the fuel sending unit in the fuel tank, and is not serviceable separately or a normal maintenance item. It is also not likely causing your concern. Testing should be performed with base engine compression, fuel delivery to the engine, ignition spark, exhaust flow, air intake and emissions components to trace down the source of your concern.
I have replaced the spark plugs, wires and coil packs. What else would be cause
