We replaced fuel pump and filter, camshaft position sensor. starts but dies.
What is your question?
Put in new starter and new ignition. After fuel pump and filter ran but would cut out. We had an oil change and we had to add over two quarts of oil while on a trip. What else can we fix to make it run?

Have this "master" mechanic test drive with 'professional' diagnostic tools onboard and active!! That is how most master mechanics find these kinds of problems.....live data stream, fuel pressure etc....have been diong this a LONG time, have had to replace 3 cam sensors and one of those was broken in half by the owner!... and only one of those was GM....
Mobile Master Mechanic did scope only. Then didn't show up after we went and got the camshaft position sensor he said we needed. We put the sensor in ourselves. Didn't break it. How can you do this if the van won't stay running?
I love it when the problem is right in front of me when i work on them! This should be no problem for a mechanic but nobody can guess at it and be of any help, there are simply too many possibilities! Got to be tested with knowledge of what to look for! Hope you get it fixed....
