after replacing both front power window regulators passengers side still wont work

Sounds like you answered your own question, a ground problem.

i bet your wire and or wires are broken where they go from the door to the body, thats what was wrong with mine.i had 2 wires on each side that were broken.check under the rubber boot for the wires between door and body i had to cut my boot to get to them 'it was hard butsplicing them also goodluck
