1989 GMC, S-15, 4.3 V-6, basically, cranks but no spark...Help from NAPA, new coil, ECU computer, ICM, and checked fuses. Seems to have 12v at one input wire to coil with ignition turned on. Been a "shade tree" for 50 years, 85k mi., pristine truck.. Thanks...John

Replace the distributor ASSEMBLY! .. Magnetic pick-up coil has failed .. Been doing auto repair for a living last 44 years!
check your high voltage output wire from coil to distributor. Could be wiring. Or a faulty part from NAPA?
Since you been doing shade tree a pretty good while, I assume you've tested for spark from all sources .. The pick-up coil is a replaceable part BUT it can be a real pain to do so, suggest distributor replacement as the shaft bushings have got to be worn as well ... Hint, the new distributor doesn't even have to be installed to test, simply hook up the wire connectors, turn key on, GROUND distributor housing and turn shaft while watching coil wire, should now see spark.. Comprende? .. Good luck to ya!
