How do I change the break switch, what does it look like, and where exactly is it located on a 1989 S15 Jimmy?

I brought one with 2 male prongs on one end and plunger on one end. But Itook one with 2 set of male prongs out the side and the end and plunger on the other endendend. No cruise control but I have the cruise control release mounted right next to the swich I took out. 3 speed

whichever parts house you got it from should have asked you all the info.take the original/old one with you to the parts house and get the correct one.
