Won't start

What is your question?

My gmc jimmy wouldn't turn over so we tried to jump it. In the process the jumpers touched while connected to both vehicles. We had to use two sets on jumpers and in the middle of them they touched. Now the lights come on but it just clicks while trying to start. The radio don't work but the Fuses are all good and battery is good. What could it be?
