Some instrumwnt panel lights not working i replaced the pc 194 bulbs all the small bulbs are working and i checked all exterior maker lights

If you have replaced all the little bulbs behind there it could be a circuit board issue. This was common with many GM products of the 90s. Luckily there are companies that can repair the clusters.
