What is your question?
Starts up fine and when I get up to 40 miles an hour then the jimmy dies out. Then I have to wait for about 10 to 15 min to start the jimmy back up. Then it is slow starting to go down the road with out it stalling out again. The longer I let it sit the better it will run after it has died out. do you know what the problem is with this.

There is no DIY recommended test or repair for this issue .. It needs to go to an auto repair facility that can hook up testing equipment then test drive the vehicle to determine if the problem is fuel or ignition related... Then diagnosis of the problem within the effected system can commence... It's basically a 'systematic' process of elimination... Any other approach has been proven to be a waste of time and money. http://repairpal.com/repair-shops
