1985 Jimmy K15. I need to change the rear axle seals, not sure how.
What is your question?
How do I take a part the rear axles just to replace the seals?
By dismantling the wheel, or through the differential? With some detail please.
Thanks in advance!

Just go to youtube and enter in the search bar....replace rear axle seal Chevy pickup......no need for a year....they all the same!!! Jimmy, Blazer or pickup!!! Even S-10! Same procedure for all..!! IF you have limited slip...FORGET about doing it yourself!....Ok, really aint got time but..jack both rear wheels up..trans in park, try to turn one wheel..if you cant it is limited slip...see repair shop...!
Good luck....
Sure...limited slip is just a bit tricky for a novice is all. On a std diff one wheel will turn one way while the other turns in the oppostie driection. You should be ok there....if you need help, ask again!
Thanks, but I've been looking and couldn't find it. Have the link?
