Did the blower motor stop moving air or is the air coming out cold? Sounds like a heater core, thermostat, or heater control valve issue.

Might be an air pocket in the heater core, try bleeding it out.

Did the blower motor stop moving air or is the air coming out cold? Sounds like a heater core, thermostat, or heater control valve issue.
