What is your question?

We recently purchased the 1995 Vandura 2500. Where is the fuel filter located? (1995 GMC G2500) This van is in pretty good condition, just maintenance neglect. No owners manual and we don't know where the fuel filter and fuel pump are located. I'm located in Nashville, TN

What makes this problem better or worse?

Battery seems to be charged up just not getting fuel

Fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank - - fuel filter is located on drivers side frame rail.

Be careful when attempting to diagnose vehicle failures without the required *hands-on* testing to prove what has actually failed.. Haphazard parts replacement is not recommended as that typically cost more money. Good luck!
