Must use the tracks that came with the power seat originally.. Unless it is a direct fit - alterations to mounting surfaces will be necessary.

This may be beyond reasonable efforts and expenditures just to add power seat.

...and you didn't ask, but how are you planning on powering it? There are electrical considerations.
