Got code 42 ignition by pass circuit error??wat do i look for how can i fix this

My fuel pump stopped working i put test lite on it getting power to it but the lite let up really team on test lite an got that code 42

Do you get correct high energy spark from ignition coil wire while engine is cranking? Unless you can do this test and reply back - I can’t help.
