WHY GMC 2009 OVERHEARING, RADIATOR WATER GETTING LOW ALWAYS?

I am using GMC Envoy 2009 since last 2 yrs.. from last year i am facing a problem of engine get overheated after running 50 to 60 km and the level coming upto max 125degree... I have replaced radiator cap, radiator clutch & removed thermostat also... still the same condition ..after removing thermostat AC ALSO NOT PROPERLY WORKING..pls advice..Harish..
