Windshield wipers work but fluid doesn't come out,back wipers work along fluid

This happened to be they had to replace all my lines and the washer box,two times within a 6 month period. "there was dust particles clogging the system" I call GM directly and placed a complaint about this problem as a safety issue and all was fixed free of charge due to pollution in the air. Good luck
