What is your question?
I just jump started the vehicle yesterday after it had died on my twice a few weeks earlier. I had it hooked to a battery charger for 3 hours and then ran it hooked for another hour then unhooked it and ran it for another hour. It has a flat tire so I just pulled it ahead to get it out of the snow pile and noticed there is a leak from where the tail pipe was when it was parked and it looks like anit freeze. Also it will not start again so do I just need to get a different battery? The one in it is from March 2021. I just bough this in Nov. and have only driven it a few times.

It is not abnormal for you to have liquid come out of your tailpipe. From condensation to unburned fuel even, depending on the scenario it is possible. I would not jump to any conclusion that it is coolant. Focus on the needs necessary to get the vehicle running again and then check for engine performances as needed.
