Low beam headlight plugs keep melting. I replaced them with aftermarket parts and those melted.

Be sure the two connections surfaces are good. heat is generated by lose connection, or just a poor one. Either way it's simply a connection issue. This applies to most over heated/melted plugs/connections. Hope this answers helps you. :)
There is a Technical Service Bulletin that addresses this problem. It has to do with certain Head Light assemblies over heating and causing distortion, i.e. melting problems. NHTSA RECALL BULLETIN ref # 070E014000
