from a stop,when taking off i get a little vibration kinda hard to figure out if it's coming fron the eng..or tha trans.but it's only doing it in 1st gear when taking off seem to be worse when taking off hard.

This may be a drive shaft joint that is starting to fail, or a bad engine/transmission mount, or suspension issue. Have a mechanic go for a ride with you and demonstrate the problem for them, and have them check it out.
