Both of my headlights are out. I've changed the 10 amp fuse and problem still there. High beams and fog lights are okay. Other than the two 10 amp fuses, is there any other fuses for the lowbeams? With both lites out, is this problem bigger than the bulbs?

There may be a 15a HDM fuse, #53 on your 2004 GMC Envoy. My service information shows it on "late production" vehicles. It would be in the same fuse box as the 10a headlamp fuses. If that fuse is good, or not used on your vehicle, the nest step would be to check for power at the headlight fuses using a "test light".
relay is definily the relay that happen on my truck i bought it at autozone it cost like 50 bucks and now they r workin fine
