What is your question?
2004 envoy front left caliper not releasing the rotor. I have replaced pads, rotor, caliper, and hose with new ones. The problem is still persisting. I have pulled the ABS fuse out and it is still sticking. I have bled the whole brake system. The latest thing I am trying is an 1/8" spacer between the booster and the master cylinder, I still have to test drive it to see if that has solved the problem or not. After about 45 - 60 min of the vehicle being off, the caliper will release enough to spin the wheel by hand. Also if I open the bleeder valve on the caliper, it releases immediately, but within a couple miles of driving it starts sticking again. Update: I was able to drive 12mi. without issue... I will drive further tomorrow to see if the caliper starts to stick again

Hello, stop "modifications". You are dealing with a safety concern here, and bypassing the normal operation of safety items is reckless at best. Did you do the ABS system bleed? Usually, in my experience, the ABS control unit could be a concern, especially if debris backs up during brake fluid pressing backwards into the system if the bleeders aren't released when pushing caliper pistons back.
