Interior lights flickerimg door locks flickering idles high then very low repeat

After putting new alternator an new timing belt on my 2003 gmc envoy i noticed idle raising then sounding like its going to stall out reapeating. Battery eventually died what does batery not getting charge on dashboard mean my seat was heating up.on its own an window stopped working how do i fix this what do i need to do im miserable van some 1 help me put there thank you

Well i had this problem in summer time engine was hot
