2003 gmc envoy when i stop it wont go it just revs i cut it off n restart it skmetimes that works but its almost as if its not n gear bc ut will roll backwards in drive

It will drive but when I stop it won't go but it revs and will roll backwards in drive the keys also stuck in the switch it's like it won't go all the way into park in order 2 remove the key
