2002 GMC Envoy - should I replace thermostat first to see if it fixes the problem? Pump is not leaking or noisy.

How do you know it is at 210 degrees? The gauge? It may not be accurate. Have checked with infrared temp gun to be sure. That is not too hot anyways.
actually 210 is normal operating temp. , is it actually overheating??
