Does the code p0174 and code p0171 gonna cost a lot to fix

No way to determine how much repair cost will be until the required *hands-on* diagnostic testing has been performed - there are a few possibilities as to the cause for lean running engine. At this point it is probably best to have the engine rattling diagnosed as that has the potential for expensive engine damage. Likely caused y timing chain circuit failure. Good luck!
