What is your question?
We have had our Canyon into the dealer five times because of a dead battery. We bought the Canyon new and have less than 3,000 miles on it. Every time the dealer tells us, nothing is wrong. We bring it home, drive it, and in a few weeks/months it refuses to start and we have to have AAA jump start it, so we can take it to the dealer. When I shut the engine off does all power end? In other words, does the radio, heated seat, or anything stay on and drain the battery? No noises or leaks. Just a dead battery. I have all the paper work from the dealer, if you would like a copy.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing. It just happens unexpectedly.
How long has your 2019 GMC Canyon had this problem?
Every since we bought it brand new.

Hello, your mileage is so low that I'm not surprised your battery is not able to hold a charge. My impression from your information is that you need to drive your vehicle more frequently and sufficiently each time to recharge your battery. The trips and speeds driven are not frequent or long enough. Your vehicle is 2-3 years old and you have less than 3,000 miles. That is extremely abnormal and can definitely result in power loss to your battery. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
