Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Radio goes on strike when the weather’s warm, huh? Sounds like your 2018 GMC Canyon might have an antenna connection issue or a bad antenna amplifier. Heat can expand connections, making a weak one even worse. Once you drive and things cool down, it might tighten up enough to start working. I'd check the antenna, especially where it plugs into the head unit, and the amplifier if your truck's got one. It’s like your radio’s got a seasonal attitude—give it a tune-up!
