Information center will freeze but keep cycling through all the radio menu options. Info center will not respond to inputs. Radio still works and can use the driver center to changes the station etc. Also, the driver center will be set on "info" but will keep going back to the radio display. This situation does not happen all the time. IT happens randomly.

Is any device connected via Bluetooth or USB cable? Is Apple CarPlay or Android Auto connected?
I find that devices connected cause problems sometimes. Beyond that, it could be a software issue with the unit itself, or could even be a hardware or wiring issue.
Hands on testing is needed. But, as stated, anytime I read about stuff like this or have one come into my shop like this, it's almost always caused by a mobile phone hooked up and creating a conflict.
