no fule coming from the fule pump to cobrator

I turn the engen with the fule line diconnect and no fule comes out

Check for relay operation, see if voltage is sent to the fuel pump from the relay, check for voltage and ground at the fuel pump connector. Oil pressure should be good while engine turning for the fuel pump to operate after initial priming of the fuel pump, and check the fuel filter.
