do I have more than one fuse box

What is your question?

I have no dash lites/tail lites. My fuse in dash fuse box is not hot. I preplaced it with new fuse and it's still not hot. Is there another fuse somewhere else

The fuse will only have power supplied when light switch is turned ON. *TEST* each and every fuse you can find - using a test light.
