What is your question?
After my truck died in some real bad rain I replaced the distributor cap, wires, and plugs. Then there was no fuel pressure! So I replaced the fuel regulator (on spider injector), fuel filter, and fuel pump. She had great fuel pressure, spark and compression! So now I'm at the anti-theft passlock feature. I read some blogs / watched some YouTube and went for the resistor bypass option. My electric testers couldn't get a reading from the the yellow and orange/black wire so I used (5) 47 ohm resistors. When I turned on the engine the security flashed. So I completed all 3 steps and she started, momentarily, and died. The next morning the engine wouldn't stay running. (Ready?) I disconnected the resistor and wrap the yellow wire around the orange-black wire! The security light hasn't turned off since! I've tried leaving it on for 10 minutes up to 60+ minutes with and without resistors but the security light is still on! The only relative fuse is in the drivers side panel and looks good! I really need some input! What next?

So you just started throwing parts at it without doing any troubleshooting to start with? .. What test prompted you to put new ignition parts on it? .. Then it had no fuel pressure?? .. Question is .. exactly WHY it stalled to begin with!
Since i purchased it, the vehicle would sometimes have a slow acceleration. Then In a heavy rain storm it started stuttering and bogging down then it died. I had it towed home and I changed the cap, wires and plugs. I tried to start it but it wouldn't start, just keep cranking. There was good spark and compression but no fuel delivery. So I changed the regulator in the manifold, still nothing. The fuel pressure was around 25 psi. I replaced the pump and the filter. The fuel pressure now reads 50 psi with key on but after cranking it decreases to 45 psi. There is still no fuel being injected into the cylinder. I moved on to passlock. I connected the resistor and the security started blinking. I cycled on for 10 off for 30 seconds three times and the engine turned over as if it was going to catch but didnt. Tried reset again, no change. The next morning I saw a YouTube video where some guy says you can just connect the two wires, no resistor needed. Since then, the security light won't shut off. I left the ignition on for well over an hour and it didn't blink!

Thank you, I read that before. It has a brand new fuel pump in it
Yeah I saw that... In that same article, there is a lot more troubleshooting! .. You still have the same old fuel spider injection under the plenum.... I'm not going to type out all the possibilities.. Have got to do the proper testing with the proper equipment to find out and PROVE what the problem is before it can be fixed! .. You should NOT have tried to disable pass-lock system... Go back and read ALL the info in that article... Click on the appropriate 'highlighted' links there.
