Should hear fuel pump turn on when key is turned to turned ON position - listening at fuel fill with gas cap removed .. You’ll need a helper. Pump will only operate for 3 seconds - then key must be cycled again - can do test as many times as necessary. Thing is - are you equipped to do the required repair once diagnosis is complete?
