I have a 2015 GMC Arcadia Denali and have paired a phone to the bluetooth
in the past. I have recently gotten a Galaxy S8 and have paired it to the
GMC with no problem. the problem comes in connecting. it will not
automatically connect. The Galaxy will not connect to the Arcadia unless on
the phone I click on Bluetooth and click on GMC Arcadia and on the radio,
go to settings, click on Bluetooth and click on the Galaxy S8. Only then will it
connect. I have unpaired and paired a few times already. What can I do?

Try the phone first. under settings click on connections and more connection settings. Nearby device scanning must be turned on. Restart the phone.
After, make sure the Acadia is completely powered down open and close driver door with key away from the vehicle and vehicle powered off) and then attempt to connect automatically when you get back in. You may have to connect twice, once to say automatic connection is ok, and once automatically.
