I have eliminated all sensors and ecm, thinking jumped time, don't know much about runner valve

Hi this is Dusty, I'm one of the auto experts on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Sounds like you've done some legwork to eliminate any potential suspects. As for the engine jumping time, that's not out of the realm of possibilities but you can rest assured that there would be some faults stored leading you down that path. You'd have camshaft and/or crankshaft position codes, and variable valve timing codes. If the intake manifold runner valve solenoid has failed, I would suspect some degree of poor performance while accelerating, not a no-start condition. The IMT (Intake Manifold Tuning) system was designed to help the engine achieve maximum performance and efficiency, by changing the intake manifold configuration which changes the size of the intake plenum for optimal performance. I would start by checking the battery, any powertrain or starting related fuses, if that all checks out okay take a look at the security system.
