What is your question?
What should I do to Keep my GMC acadias’s 2007 transmission in good shape, I’m really lost but I would like to learn. It has 120k miles and i don’t think the transmission fluid has ever been drained/flushed/ or filled. As of right now I’m not noticing anything bad with the transmission, but that’s something I’m trying to avoid, what are my options?

The transmission fluid should have been replaced at 100,000 miles. As a result, since it's not far from that interval -- I'd have it serviced. There's not much else to do other than have the needed maintenance performed when required. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
