Installing a timing belt but car still won't start. Put it on #4 as instructed

What is your question?

Fan belt broke, interrupting timing. Checked belt, in good condition. Put it back on and car still won't start. I know trackers have to be set on #4 instead of #1 as most cars, which is what I have done.
