Car started to move out of way. Then tried to start and would not start. Bat. ok

clean ALL connections>battery,grounds,starter.make them shine like new and tight.if you're 100% sure the battery is fully charged,get a helper to try and start it while you smack the starter with a hammer.if it starts or attempts to start/spin the engine,then the starter is bad.
