when turned motor on idle fast causing to use brakes to slow down not sifting back down when needed

Your exhaust manifold is probably causing the noise. It's not related to the high idle. You either have a large vacumm leak or your idle control system is not working. Replace parts without a proper diagnoses could get expensive.
How I know is the motor is loud. Friends told me it was. When I start it, the idleing is high causing to pop into gear where it wants to go fast. The acceleration is fast on me not wanting to slow down. Would it be a cause of clogged vuucum hoses? not getting enough air flow to the motor? don't have much help to tell me what to do about it. Some telling me to change the sensors. But i think it is something else the cause to not having the censors to work proprely. What do you suggest the problem?
it is more common for the exhaust pipes to be leaking rather than the manifold. this needs to be verified by a shop. as far as the running, it could be a vacuum line that came off, or many other reasons. a shop can check it and go over all the basics to confirm. really hard to pin point from here not hearing or seeing how it is running.
