Electrical problems like this can be very difficult to diagnose for a technician with years of experience and all the right tools. This requires a hands on diagnosis. Try checking to see if the pins on the sliding door that make contact with the door frame are intact. These pins carry signals to the rear of the car and get broken while entering and exiting the rear seats.
