Where is the HVAC Heater Blend Door Acutator?

It is behind the radio. with a tool to remove the radio( can buy at a parts store) i used #10 wire bent in a u shape. it takes longer to get the radio loose than it does to chage the actuater. two bolts hold the actuator in, bigger arms might be harder to get to the bolts.

remove the radio and the lower center cover and there it is. a little tight to get to but is acessibile. Roy

It can be accessed by removing the glovebox, but if you want to access the blend doors you will need to cut into the plenum box. The actuator is mounted on the outside of the box. There is a lot of info at heatertreater.net if you need blend door troubleshooting.
