My van when I push the gas down to the floor all the way it barely goes 20 mph

I have a 2002 Ford Windstar van when I push the gas pedal all the way down to the floor it barely goes 20 mph I didn’t have any oil in it I put oil all in it and the check engine light is still on

How long has your 2002 Ford Windstar had this problem?
