i have a 2001 ford Windstar and as it was being driven it wouldnt start so i replaced the fuel filter ran like new for a day or so after that the fuel pump stopped working so i replaced that at first it did the trick after a day the van just wouldnt start so i ran through the fuel lines nothing wrong the fuel pump runs but does not shut off and the engine does not turn over click or anything im at a loss.

Sounds like you may have a relay issue. The fuel pump relay is located in the battery junction box under the hood. If the relay is sticking, it could keep power running to the fuel pump.
