the van bounces going down the road at higher speeds not noticeable at low speed

Look for unusual tire wear, does wear pattern on all tires look uniform? Check tire pressures, check tires match then check the shocks/struts for leakage,wear, or damage. Is the ride height of the vehicle level in all 4 corners (no sagging spring).
