ACCCORDING TO THE FORD DELAR, MY INTAKE MANIFOLD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. REPLACEING THE GASKETS, THEY SAY, WILL NOT SOLVE THE LEAKAGE PROBLEM. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS SHOULD COST?? THEY SAY THE PART IS PLASTIC?? 135,000 MI ON THE VAN AT THIS POINT.

the intake manifold is available here http://www.parts.com/ put in your year, make and model then put intake in the search box and the book time is 2.6 hrs for the upper and 4.8 hrs for both the upper and lower, hopefully you only need the lower part
It cost me around $800.00 mostly for labor....then didn't fix the problem that they said it would.
