What is your question?
Vehicle is used for deliveries so it has 70k miles but I'm wondering if this is common. I have two of these vehicles - one for each store. Should I start saving to get the 2nd vehicle done or should I have it checked for the problem? Replaced major parts on left hand side and there was also work needed on the right, supposedly because we drove it to the dealership rather than towing. Also wondering how this could have been avoided. Is there anything I could have looked for and could drivers have caused this or prevented it?

Over years of repair service, normally a vehicle used for commercial use needs to be inspected quite often. People that drive these things are wanting to get the job done and usually don't pay any attention to wear items until it's already bad news. Different driving habits cause different problems. Have seen vehicles in a fleet go over 100,000 before brakes are needed, and have seen them go out less then 30,000 miles. If someone is in a hurry and in stop and go driving, don't expect them to last very long.
