What can I do to make the transmission work?

What is your question?

My transmission handle CAN"T get to park position, D2,D1 or even reverse. The only thing that I CAN do with my transmission is Neutral and Drive and of course cz I can't put it on park the key can't be taken out from the ignition. What could be the issue ? It's 2010 Ford Transit connect XL with 101,200 miles.

What makes this problem better or worse?
