Where is the Front Electronic Module (FEM) located on a 2002 Thunderbird?

Lights are usually due to burned out bulbs. But, sure -- the FEM is located behind the left side kick plate under the dash. Keep in mind to replace this part you need to have a diagnostic tool that can "inhale" the data from the old module to program the new one. This would be a Ford IDS tool or exact equivalent in capability.
